This Master DBA Disclosure ("Disclosure") is issued by BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada, doing business as "Mosta" (hereinafter referred to as "BUYEASY," "we," "us," or "our").

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Disclosure establishes the relationship between the legal entity name "BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD" and the trade name "Mosta" for the purpose of all legal documents, terms, policies, and agreements governing the use of the Mosta platform and services.

This Disclosure applies to, and should be read in conjunction with, all documents listed in Schedule A of this Disclosure. Any reference to "BUYEASY," "BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD," or "Mosta" in those documents refers to the same legal entity: BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.

3. KEY DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of the Covered Documents and this Disclosure, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

"BUYEASY" or "BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD" means BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, the legal entity incorporated in Ontario, Canada, which develops, operates, and licenses the White Label banking technology platform.

"Mosta" means the consumer-facing brand and trade name under which BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD provides crypto-friendly banking services for businesses and high-net-worth individuals, including fiat and cryptocurrency-related financial products.

"BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD DBA Mosta" or "BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (DBA Mosta)" means BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD acting under the trade name Mosta, and serves as the formal designation of the operating entity across all Covered Documents.

"Platform" means the Mosta platform accessible at mosta.io, including all associated web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and services.

"Covered Documents" means all documents listed in Schedule A of this Disclosure, as may be amended from time to time.

5. DOMAIN AND DIGITAL PRESENCE

mosta.io is the primary domain for the Mosta platform and all consumer-facing services.

6. INTERPRETATION RULES

In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between the entity names used in any Covered Document, the following interpretation rules shall apply:

Any reference to "BUYEASY," "BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD," "Mosta," or "BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (DBA Mosta)" in the Covered Documents refers to the same legal entity: BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.

Contact information provided in the Covered Documents (emails ending in @buyeasy.it.com) routes to the same operational teams within BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.

This Disclosure does not alter, amend, or supersede the substantive rights and obligations set forth in any Covered Document. It serves solely to clarify entity identification and branding.

7. AMENDMENTS

This Disclosure may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. The current version is always available at mosta.io.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Disclosure is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, consistent with the governing law provisions of the Covered Documents.
