DBA Disclosure

This Master DBA Disclosure (“Disclosure”) is issued by SquareFi Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, doing business as “Mosta” (hereinafter referred to as “SquareFi,” “Mosta,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This Disclosure establishes the relationship between the legal entity name “SquareFi Inc.” and the trade name “Mosta” for the purpose of all legal documents, terms, policies, and agreements governing the Mosta platform and related services.

This Disclosure applies to, and should be read in conjunction with, all documents listed in Schedule A of this Disclosure. Any reference to “SquareFi,” “SquareFi Inc.,” or “Mosta” in those documents refers to the same legal entity: SquareFi Inc. operating under the trade name Mosta.

For the purposes of the Covered Documents and this Disclosure, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

“SquareFi” or “SquareFi Inc.” means SquareFi Inc., the legal entity incorporated in Delaware, which develops, operates, and licenses the White Label banking technology platform.

“Mosta” means the consumer-facing brand and trade name under which SquareFi Inc. provides crypto-friendly banking services for businesses and high-net-worth individuals, including fiat and cryptocurrency account management, international payments, and corporate card programs.

“SquareFi DBA Mosta” or “SquareFi Inc. (DBA Mosta)” means SquareFi Inc. acting under the trade name Mosta, and serves as the formal designation of the operating entity across all Covered Documents.

“Platform” means the Mosta platform accessible at mosta.io, including all associated web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and services.

“Covered Documents” means all documents listed in Schedule A of this Disclosure, as may be amended from time to time.

All official contact channels for the Mosta platform are listed below. These contacts are valid for all Covered Documents unless otherwise specified within a particular document.

mosta.io is the primary client-facing domain for the Mosta platform and all consumer-facing services. squarefi.co is the corporate domain of SquareFi Inc. and is used for corporate information, partner communications, and technology platform documentation. Both domains are operated by SquareFi Inc. and are legitimate points of contact.

Where a Covered Document references squarefi.co in a consumer-facing context (e.g., privacy policy links, contact emails), users should refer to the equivalent resource at mosta.io unless otherwise specified in this Disclosure.

In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between the entity names used in any Covered Document, the following interpretation rules shall apply:

Any reference to “SquareFi,” “SquareFi Inc.,” “Mosta,” or “SquareFi Inc. (DBA Mosta)” in the Covered Documents refers to the same legal entity: SquareFi Inc.

References to “squarefi.co” in consumer-facing contexts should be understood as also applicable to “mosta.io,” which is the primary consumer-facing domain.

Contact information provided in the Covered Documents (emails ending in @squarefi.co or @mosta.io) routes to the same operational teams within SquareFi Inc.

This Disclosure does not alter, amend, or supersede the substantive rights and obligations set forth in any Covered Document. It serves solely to clarify entity identification and branding.

This Disclosure may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. The current version is always available at mosta.io.

This Disclosure is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, consistent with the governing law provisions of the Covered Documents.
